How to enable answering machine detection in vicdial

How to enable AMD in vicidial / how to enable answering machine detection in vicidial

1. Go to your campaign  modify page and click the detail view

2. search for word  routing extension

3. change the routing extension to below numbers (default will be 8368)
 
    8369   :   if you are using autodial /predective dial campaign
    8373   :   if  you are using press 1 survey campaign 
 
4, submit
 
 

  • vicidial, goautodial, asterisk, dialer
